Great basic computer!
Perfect for everyday web browsing, emails, and YouTube. The N4020 is enough for simple tasks, and the 1TB storage is fantastic for the price. Lightweight and easy to use. Exactly what I needed.

Not worth it
This was the worst purchase. I wish I had used it before the return period ended because I would send it back. For a new computer it is so slow. It takes forever to open webpages. Using word has been fine but it never wants to print documents. I have to email them to myself and print them from my phone. What a headache.

Reliable Everyday Companion
The N4020 is perfect for my daily needs, including browsng, steaming, and documents. The 256GB storage is a blessing. Also, it has suprisingly good bttery life. It is exactly waht I needed at this price point!

Nice laptop
I love my laptop. Just wish windows wasn’t being greedy and making you pay for everything that comes with the laptop already. Constantly have it updates, though, which is pretty annoying and sometimes it doesn’t automatically connect to my Wi-Fi and the screen gets a little dirty, even though I barely take it anywhere and the charge on it isn’t really good because it dies fairly quickly, even though I only use it for maybe an hour or two.

Used laptop thought it was new
I did notice that this was a refurbished laptop, as far as appearance, few scratches on the top of the laptop, but the important thing is how are the functions... I assumed when I purchased the laptop that it came with windows .. but I am learning the functionality, most of all im hoping that as I get customized with the laptop that i definitely experience the smooth operation of the computer Overall great price for the laptop
