I've been taking these B12 pills for a few weeks, and I've got more energy and don’t feel tired anymore. I even sleep straight for 8 hours without waking up. They’re little pills and easy to swallow, which is great if you hate big pills. I don’t get any weird side stuff, and they seem to absorb real well. My doctor said my levels were low, but now they’re in the ballpark. They’re pure B12 with no junk or fillers in them. I notice my mood is better, and I wake up feeling less grumpy. For the price, they’re a real bargain, and I feel like I paid less but got a top-notch product. I really love this pure brand for making stuff that works. Highly recommended for anyone low on B12.
