I enjoyed building it and displaying it
I think my favorite part about this museum is that its relatively muted (perhaps even "boring") on the outside, leading people to ask "did you just build a box out of bricks?" but then you open it up and it has a TON of cool stuff inside. I am a huge fan if very small elements of this set which use clever approaches to make interesting items out of small bricks, like, for example, the pterodactyl skeleton suspended from the ceiling.Best of all, the design elements that make it seem like modernist architecture, are also the levers/etc that are required to open it up for closer inspection. It really is an original, inspired, design for a brick model. I enjoyed building it and displaying it. Key to this is the fact that it is extremely dense and compact due to its "architectural" layout.Just to be clear though, this is definitely an advanced set for experienced brick builders.

Fantastic Museum Set!
I was surprised just how heavy this set was when it arrived, so many pieces! But it's a good display piece as recreation of the real museum. The bricks are well made and compatible with name brand bricks, and everything was easy to follow in the instruction book.

Definitely has issues.
Packaging : The set comes in a very large black box containing numbered bags (1-7, but each bag is sub-numbered as well) and instructions.Instructions : The isntructions are large and well printed.Parts quality : The parts are consistently of a mid quality, with a poor feel, lots of color-match issues, and a consistently 'very tight, but not to the point of damage' fit. Larger plates have a fairly consistent curve to them that makes things not quite line up.Set design : The building's design is visually quite striking, but in terms of ease of assembly and design its a bit of a nightmare. Adding the outer cladding is especially difficult due to the tight fit of parts and the fragility of the outer walls, I had to rebuild walls a few times. The interiors are generally quite good, although the flying dino skeleton hanging from the ceiling in the one room is badly unbalanced.Overall thoughts : The end result is decent if you take an extra piece and repurpose it to help keep the front of the museum closed ... but the journey to get there is very difficult, and not just because of the things that are supposed to be challenging.

Good, but flawed
This is a nice set, but does have some flaws. It follows the standard Nefiliz style with a minimalist, but nice looking, box, a ton of bags that are labeled with a phase and step numbers, a nice manual that is large, well made, and easy to follow, and a few storage boxes for sorting pieces. There are a lot of bags, it's definitely worthwhile sorting them out before you build so you aren't rummaging through trying to find the bag you need during the build. The instructions are pretty clear, but one major problem for me is that the color of the printing is not the same as the color of the blocks, like at all. For some blocks, like the gray ones, it's not bad because that's the only color block in the bag, but for the greens it gets very annoying to figure out which of the three green pieces, or brown pieces you should be using. The clear blue is a really great, dark, color in person but in the manual it's super pale and can easily be mistaken for gray if you aren't looking closely. The early stages of the build were quite enjoyable, getting the base, outside area, and the first walls was good. But then building the rest of the walls and floors was quite monotonous and not as enjoyable. After the structure is done and you work more on the inside, it's more fun again. There are some general issues with the structure though. The model is split in half and can be opened to see the inside. This is done by a hinge on the base. Unfortunately, the hinge is not strong at all and is easy to pop out, but not so easy to put back. The other issue is that the blocks themselves seem to have a variance in color and fit. There is a lot of gray, but different pieces are slightly different shades. It looks mostly like the flat pieces are more of a pure gray and the other pieces have a slight yellow tint to them. You can't really notice it from afar, but up close it's more noticeable. The other issue is that the pieces don't always fit together well. I don't mean they are loose or tight, but that pieces don't sit flush with other pieces so there are often small gaps between pieces, this is quite noticeable on the inside walls. Another issue I had is some of the pieces had stains on them. There is a picture attached as an example. The last issue is one that affects every Nifeliz set I've built, and that's the instability of parts during the build. Many, many times there are significantly sized bits that are held together with one stud. Eventually it' gets reinforced, but up to that point it's very easy for things to fall off.Overall, this is a nice set that's worth building, it could just be better.

Top tier building set
This is a truly excellent building set. The details are amazing; it really feels like a lot of the natural history museums I've been to. I love the dinosaur exhibit and the gem mineral exhibit. I had so much fun putting the exhibits together. There were plenty of extra pieces, which was really helpful, and the instruction book includes some information about the design process. I am so happy I bought this to work on with my partner; it really made us feel like we were museum curators for a little bit.

Another great set from Nifeliz!
I have said it in other reviews but it bears repeating: Nifeliz makes incredible sets. This one, of a museum, is incredible. It was slightly challenging to put together, particularly the outside as you assemble large sections that are then pressed to the sides. But it never got frustrating. The bags are organized in a way to make it easy to do just a bit at a time. And they never have stickers to apply. Any piece that in other sets would have a sticker is instead already printed with the design on the brick. Great set and my son loves having it decorating his dresser.
