Q: How exactly do you use this and is plastic better then the metal one

this one you just hold and scrape your tongue with it. I prefer metal one though. This works ok, metal one works great!

Q: How am I supposed to use this product and for how long should I use each time?

There are 2 sides to this. You use the bristle side first by brushing your tongue and breaking/loosening up all the junk. Then you'll use the scraper/plastic side second to scrape all the junk off your tongue. You'll know when your tongue is clean because you won't be able to scrape anything else off. I love this product and couldn't imagine going without it. You'll never want to be without it again!

Q: Can this clean the back of my tongue?

The brush side is soft-bristled, so depending on how much bacteria one accumulates, brush your tongue with either toothpaste or tonguewash using a toothbrush, then use the tongue scraper side until cleaned.

Best tongue cleaner

This is the best tongue cleaner I've used - and I've tried a few! Some cleaners just have a brush, some just have a scraper. This has both - the brush loosens up gunge and the scraper removes it. Surprising how well it cleans compared to other products!
