Very nice case for keeping your phone protected in a job like I have that can be a little rough on a device.I really only have two complaints. First is that it fits loosely on the phone and you can feel it sliding around a little in the case and the case flexing around the phone as you hold it.The clear back is great to show off the phone but it does collect fingerprints like crazy. It's just a given tradeoff for a clear case though.

Poetic's cases are consistently good. This case allows for wireless charging. It also offers great protection. I have already managed to drop my phone several times but the case has saved it every time.

The media could not be loaded. The screen protection cover option is almost unusable. I bought the case thinking i can live with a plastic sheet covering my screen, but this is just bad. I had to remove the screen cover and install and use the case without the screen protector.Problem is, the sealing around the case is bad, and dirt gets (through the holes cutouts and even the selfie cam cutout) beneath the screen protector and also beneth the back plastic of the case, so it is trapped there between the case and the phone and can't get out.Moving on, the glare and reflections on the screen cover are very annoying. But more annoying, is the circle for the fingerprint sensor that they have specially prepared with glue so it will stick to the screen, it is very visible. I thought about it, why couldn't they have just put that glue on ALL the surface of the screen cover?? It would reduce glare & reflections, AND solve the sealing & dirt problem... So stupid.Moving on, i wish there was a different texture for the power button, sometimes it's hard to distinguish between the volume and power buttons. The case's frame is cheaply built and is sometimes flexing and squeaking.Hoping you find my review helpful.

Case doesn't fit the phone well at all. It flexes and the rubber they use isn't very strong... So, it feels cheap and flimsy. Not only that, but all the finger oil also smears all over the back.So far Poetic is the only 2-part case you can get for this phone. Which is a shame... I've been waiting to use my phone for several weeks now. This case is defiantly not the one for me. I might try the revolution out. But I hate the door for the camera. Also, another reviewer said that case doesn't fit the phone snug either. There is no way I am buying a 1-piece case. So, I might end up selling the phone. I'm not going to baby it because there are no good cases. Rather be done and get rid of it and let someone else break it.Really disappointed in Poetic. Their cases are not what the used to be.

I purchased this at the same time I purchased my OnePlus 13 bc I wanted to make sure the phone and screen were well protected. At first everything seemed fine, even though the directions were a bit confusing, and I ended up throwing away a piece I needed so I had to order a second case, but that's on me. But after a couple of days I noticed dust collecting around the edges of the screen, esp around areas where the case was more open to accomadenthe phone like around the power button and the charging port. No biggie, I thought to myself. I can still use the back part of the case to protect the actual phone, and then I can just purchase one of those screen sticker protector things. So the screen protector comes in and I take off this phone case so I can clean everything really well to attach the new screen cover. And I was pissed to find that everywhere the dust had been collecting had caused tiny scratches all over the phone screen. I was so angry, bc this case literally caused the issue I was trying to avoid.

This case really exceeded my expectations. It offers complete protection ,It fits in and out of my pockets well and has excellent grip to where you don’t have to worry about it falling off of a table. It comes equipped with magnets which is a bonus and the color matches my Phone perfectly.
