Very good high temp cheese. Bought some last year from a different supplier that was good, but not very hot for pepper cheese. This cheese has a very nice bite, Avery creamy.

I bought these while living off grid because I had very limited refrigeration. The flavor is fantastic! I was impressed with the quality of cheese that was unrefrigerated.*Note: because it is designed for high heat, it was hard to get it to melt onto sauce or onto breads, etc. It will eventually, but it takes a long time. Definitely designed to go inside raw meats or oven baked goods.
