Biona Organic Lupin Beans, 340 g (pack of 6)

I like how these have higher protein than carbs, definitely keto vegan friendly.I made hummus and a bean stew, really tasty and filling.definitely ordering again

Disgusting aftertaste, very small beans. Very disappointing, especially as the seller sent chickpeas by mistake in the first order and I had been looking forward to receiving these for a week.

Very small and overcooked... Im 65 and been eating these all my life and these are the worst … all six jars going in bin. The ones in vacuum pack much better.....If anyone from Biona reading this..... theyre overcooked and tasteless.

These need to be drained and rinsed well before use, then cooked in a strong sauce for about half an hour to soften and cover the flavour. I bought these as a low-carb protein (lower than other beans and lentils) when following a keto eating plan. They did the job. But they are definitely not my favourite bean...

These are awful. Not firm texture at all, very mushy and tasted off. Horrible taste but the texture was the worse. I had to double check they were actually lupins.

Taste ok. I purchased as I'm keto and they are low carb. Nice filler in salads

If you're looking for the same as the lupin beans you get in Spain/Portugal these are not it! Flavourless and soft. Though will be fine on a salad and wouldn't have been disappointed if I hadn't had "the real deal"

I've bought them 3 times and will keep on buying. Delicious! I use them in salads too ... They make a really tasty and healthy meal!
