My grandkids have not stopped playing with the slide. It was easy to put together, stong, kid strudy.

Great bed, but
Love the bed. Twin size memory foam mattress fit great. Daughters (4&6) love the slide and streps and hidden storage in the steps. They have so much fun making as tent out of the bottom bed. Took 3 hours to assemble with 3 people, so I was glad my family was here! Every few weeks I still need to retighten some of the bolts that loosened from the girls playing and the bed getting jostled. The one big flaw is the crossbeam on the top. It is too flimsy and started cracking in the middle where my 6yr old would grab it to stand up. She does not hang on it, just grabs it. Maybe instead of just being a slat like the rails (1/2” X 3”) it should be a 3X3 triangle or block shape? (crack is right above the stuffed animal in pic)

Perfect!
My son loves this bed it’s very nice spacious and the best part I love how the slide is facing the side and not to the front a big plus for a small room.

Assemble carefully for hours
not all real wood, needs retightening or could be dangerous for children, assemble with care. small children love it.

The top board that goes across is flimsy

Size and time
I didnt give this 5 stars because the putting it together took over 5 hrs. Everything was labeled but some if the bags had multiple letters on them that didn't even exist in the instructions. The instructions were completely buried under everything and this comes in 2 boxes. Once I got it together it looks great and my girls love it! The stairs are a huge plus for them as well as the railings. It's also very big so keep that I mind when building it and where you want to place it. I would highly recommend a drill and lots of people to help.
