I saw someone using one of these at my local gym and ended up buying one to use my own home vs laying on the gym floor. I wanted this to use to exercise my stomach area and it works great. I love the handle feature of it. I can lay on my back, hold this, extend my arms back then forward and really feel the muscles tighten in my stomach area. I will have to watch videos or more people use this for more uses but for now I am happy. Ball is nice and sold, durable and for me 12 lbs is a good weight.

Dual Drip Medicine Ball
The dual grip medicine ball is an excellent product for your at-home workouts. This was recommended to me by a personal trainer and I really like the ball. It does smell strongly of rubber, so you may want to air it a while before use.
