The media could not be loaded. I really like this training machine. Looks super cute, which is irrelevant to its function, but ilcute color does make me feel happy. I like that it has different functions, which keeps working out more interesting (my ADHD brain got bored so easily for single task, this gives me a lot of variabilities!) The installation was pretty easy, but I wish the texts on the instructions can be a bit bigger. The machine is not that heavy, easy to move around. It definitely increases my exercise time, hopefully I'll get some muscles soon!

I'm going to be 100% honest from my heart here. I actually had a super stinky dookie time reading the instructions and finding the parts. The main thing was inside the machine already. And secondly, I took a look at someone's review video and that gave me all the hints I needed on how to install properly with a touch of help from the instructions from the visual help. The back roller thing to do sit ups feels nice and the steadyness of it isn't too bad! For something inexpensive, its pretty nice. Props up nicely to put in closet or under your bed. Boy howdy, I do need to put at a lower setting because I was winded already lol. Last thing... Wear leggings/yoga pants... unless you like to hear a real squeaky Workout with your skin against that lol

The machine is simple and easy to assemble but has multiple workout mode and can help me to work out on different parts of my body, including the arm, waist and legs. The machine is also compact does not take much space in the room. It is a well deserved 5-star machine.

Love this. I was paying a gym membership every month just to use this machine.. You can definitely feel it working thats for sure. The directions could have been a little easier to figure out. Other than that I love it
