I had to get with support after receiving this "set". The box was marked two units but there was only one in the box. They resolved this sending me another unit the next day and now I have two units, with all of the equipment and attachments. Now one of the chargers are having an issue but they are responsive so I am sure that will be taken care of quickly.That being said, I got to test these the other day when I went shopping. My daughter stayed in the house at her office and I took off across the town and was able to talk to her clear as a bell from about 1/2 or 2 miles best as I can figure in a straight line. I am in the North East US so there are hills and valleys and that did not create any issues with connections in my short trip. Bottom line is these would work in the huge facilities I have worked in. I would be kind of pushing it to compare these to a 1200 dollar Moto.... you know, but these should work for most commercial interests in my opinion. The look and feel conforms to brand name units and the quality of the case seems similar. Push button, 16 channels and a voice prompt to tell you what channel you are on with a click which makes checking much easier. I have to give these five stars stars for function but take one off for the bad quality control issues. But only one because they seem right on it. Thanks for reading.

The listing states it is 2 radios, and I received only one. One radio for $120 is a rip off and I am not at all happy with my purchase.The radio itself might be ok, but I can't even test it without a second radio. The build quality looks good.
