Worth it. Two a day, tastes less like berries unless they are made of plastic!I'd guess it takes a while to build up the creatine levels in the body, and probably not even then see or feel any different?I'm told by a Doctor that, yes, it's a good idea for your health & recovery from exercise, so I'm going to keep on them. Used to the slightly weird taste now

This has made a significant improvement to my muscle mass after losing muscle on Tirzepatide. In 2 weeks I managed to gain 500g muscle which is amazing and put it down to these gummies. I take 3 every day, regardless of training 💪🏽

These products are totally fraudulent. The prescribed dosage is 2 gummies, 2 gummies weigh 6g and are supposed to provide 5g creatine, 1 g bcaa’s. Yet they also contain a load of gelatine and flavourings- it is therefore not possible. This means these are simply expensive sweeties! Shame on you Amazon for not quality checking your products. I have claimed a full refund, you should do the same.

Does exactly what it says on the "tin"Great tasting, easy to consume before or after your workout.Good value for money considering that there is 1000mg of BCAAs per serving.I've definitely felt the effect of it in my workouts an post recovery.
