These units replaced a pair of good ribbon tweeters, and gave a far softer and more rounded sound, but with no loss of detail... An absolute bargain😁

Decent enough sound quality if they suit your system.

I am pleased with the quality and sound of the tweeter. however , on the one I bought there is no polarity marked on the tweeter, and no way to determine which is terminal is plus and which is minus. tweeter comes with zero paperwork, and nothing on the website. does anyone have an answer as to the + or - question on the terminals ?

Tweeter sonically perfect for my speaker - ADC 303AX. Was unable to source DC28F-8 1-1/8" Silk Dome Tweeter 8 Ohm. Much to my chagrin, the tweeter was too large for the speakers tweeter opening by a hair. I had to ream out the speaker's tweeter opening to fit the replacement. The DC28F-8 would have been too large, also. Tweeter dust cap protrudes and comes in contact with the speakers grill.

Easy installation great sound

I used these Dayton tweeters to replace the tired old tweeters in my kef c40s that I'd had for over 35 years or more, and what difference they made! They sound incredible, and have brought these old beauties to life - and hopefully another 35 years of musical enjoyment. Using sound dampening and making the speaker boxes more rigid has also helped, but these Dayton tweeters were the icing on the cake. No need to change the crossover. The Kef's now sound much better than my new Klipsch RPs. Theses Daytons are magic!
