Nice solid small grill with large cooking area and well made and portable
Nice Grill. Easy to assemble and provides sufficient heat to cook almost anything. Rustproof coated items seem well made and haven't chiped after a few uses. It folds and unfolds nicely, but watch your fingers. As I got cut the 1st time bringing it up. Haven't used the provided griddle, but the 2 burners light easily with the push button ignitor. And temperature control is easily accomplished with the two adjustment knobs. Price compared to other units was good. The unit is stable when set up. Wheels move freely. Grease collection tray fits nicely, but is a pain. I would recommend.

Great choice
Really happy with this grill! The griddle plate was a nice bonus, great for breakfast or searing. It feels solid and heats evenly. Setup was super fast, and it folds up easily to take along for trips. Cleaning was way easier than I expected too. A great choice if you want quality and portability!

Brand-man Portable Standup Grill/Griddle Combo
Purchased this portable standup grill/griddle combo for RVing adventures & had high hopes based on reviews. Unfortunately, my actual experience cooking with this $200 unit has been highly frustrating. Assembly was fairly straightforward but, I’ve attempted several cooks with the grill and the griddle and it just doesn’t get hot enough to successfully cook anything! My 1st attempt was a half dozen marinated chicken tenderloins & 7 veg kabobs on the grill racks. With both burners on high, it took 60 minutes for the chicken to be cooked through. After 75 mins, the onions & mushrooms were cooked through. The red peppers were soft and the small baby reds remained uncooked & not edible. My 2nd attempt was buttermilk pancakes on the griddle. I didn’t even try cooking the bacon on the griddle given my experience with chicken the night before. With both burners on high, the pancakes took 15 minutes per side and were barely browned. My 3rd attempt was 4 hamburgers on the grill racks w/another round of 5 veg skewers with the small baby reds (cut in half this time) along with onions. Again, both burners on high & the lid remained closed. The kabobs went on first and were on the grill 75 mins. The smallest of the halved baby reds were tasty but about half of them were too hard. The onions were decent. The burgers cooked 25 minutes on the first side and when flipped, they were still raw. They cooked on the other side for another 25 minutes and then 1/4” slabs of warm cheese were added on top. I closed the lid of the grill and let them sit for roughly 7 minutes. At that point, they looked promising although the cheese was only partially melted. We typically like our burgers medium-rare to medium. These were a bit closer to rare. For my 4th attempt, I went back to the griddle with blueberry pancakes. Again, both burners on high, lid closed. The pancakes were on the griddle 12 minutes. They were covered in bubbles so I attempted to flip them and they were 90% stuck to the griddle’s surface. I let them sit a few more minutes & tried again with zero success. I ended up cooking 1 pancake at a time using the RV stove and a small frying pan. We are currently camping in Northern Wisconsin during a heat wave so, no cool air or wind to wreak havoc with the grill’s flame. My husband and I poured over the manual to ensure we were doing everything right. The manual says we should have a 2” flame, ours is about 1/4” at best. We found some info online about things we could try with the regulator, to increase the flame but I feel like the unit should work without modifications but, that is not the case. I’m well within the return window and am considering returning it and purchasing another unit, probably a grill, not a combo unit. Adding to my frustration, I’ve noticed that the reviews here are for a variety of Brand-Man grills, not solely for the portable grill griddle combo unit that I purchased (in part based on the solid reviews). Next time I make a similar purchase, I’ll pay closer attention to the reviews and disregard reviews of a different model along with reviews containing photos of the product assembled but clearly untested, sitting in a living room! 🤦🏼♀️

Worth Every Penny!
After using the Brand-Man dual fuel grill for a couple of weeks now, I can confidently say this is hands-down one of the best outdoor cooking investments I’ve made. From the moment it was assembled, I could tell the quality was top-notch. The material thickness of the grill body and cooking grates is impressive—solid and sturdy, giving you confidence that this beast is built to last. The fit of all the parts is incredibly precise. The lids close snugly, the grates sit flush without wobbling, and the knobs feel smooth and premium when adjusting the flames. Speaking of flames, the heat level this thing can reach is phenomenal. Whether you’re searing steaks on high heat or doing a slow smoke on the charcoal side, it holds and distributes heat consistently across the surface. The dual fuel feature gives you the best of both worlds—convenient gas on one side and flavorful charcoal grilling on the other. One of the biggest surprises was the portability. Even with its hefty build and dual chambers, the locking caster wheels and sturdy side handles make it incredibly easy to move around the patio. It feels mobile without sacrificing stability.Cleanup, which is often a dreaded chore after grilling, is made easy thanks to the clever ash tray and grease management system. The cooking grates lift out effortlessly, making scrubbing a breeze. It’s clear this grill was designed with real user experience in mind.

It's an ok grill
This grill is ok for the money. We do like have the combo of the traditional grill with the flat top. The cooking area was a little smaller than I realized but for the two of us it works. The biggest issue for me is to avoid grease buildup you have to remove the brackets for the grease trap tray to be able to clean properly. Since the bottom is not enclosed we have trouble when it rains the grease tray pans fill with water and spill out. A grill cover would be a benefit to solve that problem. Over all it's an ok grill but not the best overall quality in my opinion especially for the price.

Nice grill, but three dents
I like the look and the sturdiness but the lid has several dents. This was not caused by shipping. The box was fine, it was caused by the manufacturer. Assembly was easy, instructions were clear.
