Kerick Valve MAB22 PVC Mini Float Valve, Tank Mount, Adjustable Arm, 1.5 gpm at 60 psi, 1/4" Barbed

Bought this float switch to replace one on my chicken water and it worked great

We purchased a large outdoor fountain for our garden this Spring, but it required filling with water almost daily because of water loss from splashing and evaporation. I used this float valve with a 3/8" plastic water line to automatically fill the fountain's water reservoir when it drops more than 4". Has worked flawlessly for almost a month. I just had to fabricate a simple mounting brackets with some aluminum. Need to use a small hose clamp to keep the water line from coming off.

The media could not be loaded. Great little float valves for my gutter hydroponic system, would have been awesome if they were what I had ordered. Now I need to go to the hardware store and see if I can piece these together to fit my 1/4 inch tubing I ordered for use in this system. Video explains the problem.

These valves work great in my kitty pool Garden. It took a while to adjust the water flow as the floats were not weighed down by rocks. Installation was simple and easy once I got the right angle on the floats. My garden is self-watering with the use of these floats. Would recommend these floats to anyone using a self-watering kiddie pool Garden.

Got two of these float valves for my chicken coop auto-watering bucket. Well both of them flooded my chicken coop, because both of them failed to stop the water as it supposed to when the float is fully submerged. Just a horrible product.

I ordered 3 of these valves and 2 of them did not have the 1/8" barb on the end. They were labeled correctly, but the wrong product was in the package. Amazon fixed the problem immediately and over-nighted me the correct product. I used them for self-watering SIPS planters (Larry Hall's rain gutter garden setup) and they work great!! No clogs or failures yet.

Bought three of these for a gutter garden. Unit works. Did not receive any instructions on which way is up, so water did not flow on first installation, had to turn 180. Another unit had a split in the base of the float. Works, but not expecting it to last through next year.

Is not the best but is not bad .The connection not as good it should be
