Plant a Wart? Plantar Wart! Plantar Wart Removal, yes!
Serious Review; Puns Intended:Bearfooters beware, you are more prone to getting plantar wart than anyone else. Luckily Dr. Scholl's Plantar wart Removal System is here to help. It comes with 24 medicated discs and 24 cushioning discs. You put the medicated disc onto the wart; cut to size if necessary. Then you put the cushioning disc on top of it. Now you wear it for 48 hours and replace it with a new one until the wart is gone. In between each replacement, you should scrub the decaying skin and wart with a pumice stone. What this does is it allows the new patch to affect the wart on contact rather than on the dead stuff. Within 1-2 weeks, the plantar wart should be gone and never come back. Foot care is important so take care of yourself. If you're not sure what kind of wart you may have, Google and Wikipedia are your friend. Plantar wart is easy to spot as you can see the capillaries in them. Talk to a doctor if you're not sure and would rather have a professional to remove the unwanted wart. May cost a bit but it's better to be safe than to be sorry.tl;dr Summary List:Got a wart? Perfect for 1 or 2 warts (size dependent)
I chose this product because it has a higher concentration of salicylic acid than most other products (40% compared to 17%). I did not realize these medicated discs would be so small - from looking at the picture on the box, I thought the larger oval disc was the medicated pad, but it is the adhesive cushion and the small dot beneath that (which I thought was the wart) is the medicated disc. The medicated discs are slightly smaller than a pencil eraser and the cushions are about the size of a quarter. The small salicylic acid discs are the perfect size to use on individual warts, but only if you are treating one or two - if you have more than that, you will be using up the box pretty quickly as there are only 24 and you must change them every 2 days. You must cover the medicated discs with some form of adhesive bandage/tape as they aren't adhesive (only medicated) - the cushions provided work great for this, very sticky (didn't come off walking in socks/shoes all day) but can be awkward to walk on depending on the location of your wart and will come off in water/shower as expected.I like this product and it seems to be working well, but since I have to use several discs at a time, it is not cost effective for me. As other reviewers have recommended, the curad mediplast pads seem to be the better option when it comes to treating an area affected with larger and/or several warts.

I just love it when something works as advertised
I just love it when something works as advertised! I had a simple, buried plantar's wart about a cm in diameter under the joint of my big toe and did a little online research before deciding to try this, and I'm so glad I did!I "used as directed" applying it after showering while the skin was still softened, but dry. I normally shower every other day, so it worked out for me. The adhesive is strong, so it didn't move at all until removed. I let it soak a bit in the shower before peeling it off, and it came off easily.I really didn't mess with it during the treatment, just let it do its thing, and lo and behold - the wart just peeled right off with the 7th bandage!! No muss, no fuss, no pain, no damage to surrounding tissue! I couldn't believe it! The skin beneath was a little soft at first, but fully there. No open wound, or anything that needed to heal. Incredible!UPDATE:About a week after I wrote, when the skin was all even again, I noticed some discomfort at the site while standing on a hard surface and discovered a small bump was still there. So as warned by the directions, a second application was needed, but it only took 3 bandages this time, and it is completely gone for sure now - and I still have 12 left if another rears its ugly head anywhere else! Still highly recommended.

AMAZING!
So normally I wouldn't take THIS much time out to rant or rave about a product I spent less than $10 on... But I honestly cannot say enough to cover how truly amazing this product is. (I'm not being paid to say this- totally and completely my opinion). Anyway after going to college I grew a plantars wart on the "ball" of my foot- probably because of using shower shoes/communal bathrooms. I looked endlessly for "home" remedies- none of which worked. Duck tape would barely stay on my foot, and the wart just wouldn't go away. After about six months with the wart, it grew larger and became more and more painful everyday (size was larger than a dime). So after reading the amazing reviews I decided to give it a try.. best $7 I've ever spent! I've only used about 6 of the medicated pads, and the wart is already gone and I can now walk normally without scrunching my foot in pain. Surprisingly the pads stayed on, even through showers/wetness. After about 2 weeks of straight wearing the pads the entire area turned white. *A little gross*: I actually ended up using nail trimmers/cutters to scrap off the wart- sounds painful, but it actually wasn't. The pads made it so that the infected skin/area became painless and dead. The wart literally fell off- and my pain was gone. I honestly cannot thank this company enough for helping me to save lots of cringing, pain, and money. I can whole heartedly say that I recommend this product. Ahhhh!

IT WORKED TO A DEGREE
The product worked for the warts on the side of my toes but when I placed it on the bottom of my feet it kept removing. It was a non- stop cycle until I finally gave up. I was only able to remove one wart with this product. As for the rest, after a couple of months they started removing on their own. I only have two left which are in the process of being removed.I would recommend everyone to get their immune system up again. I started eating healthy and exercising. I also kept the amount of sugary treats to a minimum. You get warts of a result of having a weak immune system.
