Dreadful sound!
Sorry, but this amp sounds terrible.Admittedly the cone was crushed when it arrived so will affect the sound somewhat, but the bass response was dreadful and the peak 70w figure is misleading, its more like 10-15 RMS at best.Tinny sounding despite the speaker clearly moving to its excursion limits in a finite (closed) baffle cabinet.Disappointing, especially since the Alesis nitro max kit I'm using it with sounds great through the headphones.Returned within 24hrs.

Got a Roland 27k kit. With the help of small Yamaha mixer, have managed to almost reproduce sound quality you get through headphones, which is often difficult to reproduce through speaker. Using two cables to connect, this is a great little amp - even the kick sounds good. only reason it has 4 stars is that bluetoothing spotify from phone, there is only a volume control and the sound is quite bassy.
