Unfortunately I started using nose sprays that warn you to only use them for a limited time but I ignored and been using it constantly for over two years. I tried to stop but I must of damaged my sinuses as I would constantly get bunged up. I tried all other herbal products until I found this one and my god what a life saver. Since using this product my nose feels 100 times better and headaches have gone and apparently my snoring has got better. This product is Best Buy of 2016

Works well

I'm not sure it's any good as an actual cure, but what it might do is clear the way a bit to allow the body to fight the underlying infection more efficiently.Remember to limit use and it can be used as a good way to remove stuffiness on days where you have a bit of a thick head. I use it a few times a day only on my worst days and it does help to relieve me and it does it in a non-irritating way.So, not a wonder-drug but it has helped.

At last I can breathe through my nose again! Seems to be doing the job of getting rid of my cattarh, much better than anything doctors have tried me on over the years. Seems to have cleared most of the "fuzziness" in my head, just need something now to shift the stuff from my ear tubes & I'll be well away!!

So far have found nasal spray effective at clearing my nose, but not long term like the over the counter sprays such as Sinex. Obviously this is because it uses natural ingredients instead of chemicals, which I prefer, but I have noticed since using it my nose feels slightly bunged up again after an hour or so, which it didn't before, so not sure if long term it's going to be so good, but at least I know it's natural and I'm not swallowing chemicals. Overall fairly happy to use it, but will try and keep it for night time use only, as I don't have severe sinus problems anymore since reducing my dairy intake drastically, which has made a big difference, ( milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, ice cream etc).

Thought I would give it a try as an item containing natural products.Does not work plus expensive.
