first thing first. this tastes amazing, 2nd it has definitely helped my digestion and help me gain a bit of strength and muscle. it dissolves very well, this is always a little bit of the grains in the bottom but it taste so good you can't even tell. definitely worth the money and there is so much it will last a long time.

Tastes good, doesn't dissolve well but haven't found a Creatine that does. It would be 5 stars if they fixed the packaging. Yes, it's compact and less wasteful. However, due to serving size, the scoop doesn't store well, and it always spills out. Ended up having yoleave the scoop out in order to reduce waste/mess.

This is my first time trying a creatine. I’ve amped up my workouts with summer coming up and this has been a game changer! I truly feel that it helps with muscle recovery. The taste is great and mixes easily. Something I’ll for sure be buying again once I’m out.

My daughter uses this creatine and per her, the taste is terrible. She has the raspberry lemon flavor and says that the artificial sweetness is too much to take. She often complains that it leaves her bloated and nauseous as well.Personally, I don’t know what the advantage is to this creatine vs others when it comes to women. It’s certainly marketed to be “better” for women but the ingredients are just monohydrate creatine, like all the others.
