Great kit for trying gel nails for the first time. I’ve always worn press-ons but they were starting to damage my natural nails. Bought this kit as a starting point for being able to do my own nails at home (a little birthday treat) & I’ve got to say not only is it a great kit - with gel colours, top & base coats, cuticle remover & oil but also comes with tools, nails stickers, gems and a quick step by step application guide - also a lamp. I would highly recommend. The photos / video is after a week of wear so I’m happy with how durable they are (I think over time & with practice these will be even better!)

After reading good and bad reviews for beetle gel sets I took the plunge. I was a nail technician for 15yrs and stopped 20yrs ago. I still do my own nails and family members but had to replenish everything as hadn’t used it for a year. I’m impressed. If you apply the gel as you should, thinly and setting between coats it’s as good as high street shops. My only problem, the bottles are small and hard to get a grip of when you’re holding someone’s fingers and the brushes could be shaped as very square and I like curved edge brushes. What it cost me for the whole kit plus extra colours in the jelly nudes and reds I have already saved £5 from One visit to a nail technician. My nails are lasting 3wks and I work full time with my hands no chipping and literally have to redo them only so I can file my own nail down due to growth. Brilliant set would buy again in a heart beat

Fantastic starter kit for gels. I am not new to gel nails or to Beetles as a brand, and they perform well. The yellow gel is always off regardless from where I purchase (be it from Amazon or from the website itself), so just be aware that you need to do thin layers and cure 2-3 times to ensure the gel is fully set. Other than that, the rest of the gels work extremely well, and usually curing for 1 min is sufficient. All the extras for nail prep is fantastic too!

I’ve used a lot of different nail polish kits in the past but none as bad as this one, good variety of colours and accessories but really bad quality nail polish. Disappointed and regret buying this.

Its really good for the price. It comes with soak off material, top coat (both matte and glittery) cuticle remover, base coat, cuticle oil, buffers, cuticle pusher, and SO much more. the colors are nice, i will say the bottles are tiny but for the price and everything else you get its definetely understandable and a little goes a long way for the color! very good

Absolutely amazing! Would cost this much to get your nails gelled professionally just once! I am a beginner at doing my own gel and found this really easy. Will obviously be able to improve technique over time but the kit is amazing!

UV lamp power: 24W. Package included 35 gel nail polish, including black and white which was very important to me because those are like my favourite colours (basic B, I know). There's base gel, gel top coat, matte top coat, and glitter top coat. Instructions include steps to apply "mirror powder" which I'm assuming it's chrome: this did not come included in the set, but I'm very impressed it teaches me how to apply it because I'm obsessed with chrome. It came with some great tools: nail clippers, files, nail brush for cleaning, cuticle pusher thing.. (I don't know what half these things are called but I know I need them lol). It also included gel removal foil wraps, which I've never seen or heard of before today but they come with instructions on the pack which is super helpful! Also, there's pearls, rhinestones, bow stickers, and stars/hearts/moon stickers. There's also basic shape stickers (French - kind of like an almond shape, straight lines, and one other shape which I'm not even really sure how to describe? Like another French I guess but for more coffin shaped nails I guess?) All in all I have not applied these products yet or began my journey of doing my own nails at home. I also bought a set with acrylic powder and the tools I need to do my own fill at home because it's been like 7 dang weeks and my nails look so fugly. I will edit with before and after pictures once my nails are done. I'm super happy with this purchase! All the how-to guides are super helpful. The only complaint is the bottles of gel polish aren't full size, they're minis. So I'll probably only get 1 or 2 sets out of each colour which is super disappointing but this package is still well worth it for the price!! 10/10 recommend.

I really like this whole package and its very beginner friendly coming from a beginner. The stickers are really good. The only thing I dont like is the stickers for the French tips, because the nail polish Goes through the stickers. Other then that its really amazing and worth youre money.
