This security vest is actually pretty nice
The vest is made mostly out of breathable mesh. There are two breast pockets; one is a wide, clear plastic pocket with a velcro closure, good for a badge or a cellphone. The other breast pocket is long and skinny with a snap closure, which would be good for pens. Each pocket flap is trimmed with reflective gray safety tape. There is also a wide reflective gray stripe over the chest, above the two pockets, and there is a utility loop on the left-hand side sewn into this stripe, probably for keys or maybe a body cam. Below the waist, there are two large, roomy pockets with the word "SECURITY" printed bold in reflective letters on each pocket flap, and reflective trim on the pockets as well. Below each pocket, there's another wide stripe of gray reflective tape, and there's a utility loop sewn into the bottom of each lower pocket. In an interesting (and welcome) twist, this vest has side slash pockets; usually they don't. The vest has a sturdy gray zipper up the front. The back is 95% mesh, with two wide reflective safety stripes, one over the shoulders, and the other near the hem. The word "SECURITY" is printed in large, bold, reflective letters in the center of the shoulders. The vest is true to size and fits comfortably. Its gray and black color scheme is attractive as well as functional. Without a professional-looking uniform, a security guard is just some guy giving people a hard time for no reason, so having an impressive-looking uniform is vital, and might even save a guard's life! And this vest is very impressive and obvious from both sides, and very affordable too. A very good vest!

Professional and Will Fit Women Too
While I find a lot of security apparel is geared toward men and often too big, I was thrilled that this vest (small) fits me (female, 5'5" and 130-ish pounds). It has multiple pockets for various items (including a see-through pocket for identification, pens, and more). It's lightweight, but decent quality. Looks professional and "squared away." Definitely a good value.

Nice quality!
Nice quality and material! Runs slightly small. Get 1 size bigger if you want to wear a jacket under it, 2 sizes bigger if your wearing a thick winter coat under it.

Good product
Comfortable and reliable. The zipper is smooth. Light weight and the fit was spot on. The pockets are Velcro and lose the ability to close after awhile.

It was uncomfortable on the jacket. Wrong size
I like it. Perfect size but when I wear on top of the jacket it was tight.

Lots of pockets and fits well.
So much better than work provided vest.

Lasts around 1.5 to 2 years with heavy use
These last about a year and a half to two years before I usually need to replace them. For something I have to wear almost every day and which sometimes gets a little beat up, I think that's pretty good. I really like the lower pockets that have both the hand pocket and the closeable pocket all in one. The color seems to be very stable, but cleaning dirt off of it is a little difficult. The only real issue is the stitching, there's usually a few pieces of string hanging out in various places and I retired my first vest after the stitching holding on one of the reflective stripes failed. But like I said, that took almost two years for something that saw a lot of use, so I think that's fair. I bought a second one after that!

Likes: Lightweight and breathable Plenty of storage for items Dislikes: Feels very light and at times cheap and flimsy! Also states it’s a tactical vest but I beg to differ!
