Quality arm blaster that really isolates the bicep curl. Strap is long enough for me at 6’4”. Blaster is made out of metal you can bend around your belly if you have one—-if you’ve got a belly get metal not plastic!

I owned an arm blaster back in the day (late 80's) after seeing an ad in Muscle and Fitness of Arnold using it. After returning to lifting in my 40's and continuing to lift into my mid-50's, I had an urge to buy an arm blaster again, like the one I had in my teens. I was shocked, however, at the cost of the various models sold on Amazon - except for this one. But the very inexpensiveness gave me some pause - am I going to buy a cheapie that will break after a few uses? I went ahead and pulled the trigger, and I'm glad I did. I've used it consistently for about a month now and I can say that it is a quality product. The potential weak points of an arm blaster (e.g. the strap, the rivets) are robust in this model and the padding near the neck area makes it comfortable to use. I'm getting a better pump during my curls/reverse curls and I didn't have to break the bank to do so!

Does it’s job , but it’s ever so uncomfortable

This works well. Helps you achieve the SMH (stretch-mediated hypertrophy) as it helps you keep the load on your biceps as you completely straighten the arm in the low position thus stretching the bicep. I can really feel the curls much better than without this tool. Definitely worth it.

Not wide enough fits small to medium people

Hurt radial head (elbow). Couldn't do my regular hammer curls wo pain. This tool has me curling through the injury & reduces pain throughout my workout. Great find!
