Hair and nail growth
I’ve been taking this product with Pureclinca’s Biotin and I found that they work really well together, I’ve been taking for 3 months now and I’ve noticed my hair and nails have grown quicker. I’ve been trying to grow thicker eyebrows for years and finally having success with this combo.

My hair was really thinning. Nearly finished the bottle and hairdresser has noticed my hair has thickened. Will buy some more for sure. A bit big and hard to swallow though.
