I spent some time deciding between the different pans in this series, but finally went with this deeper wok because I genuinely needed it for stir-frying. After using it almost daily for three months, I can comfortably say it’s been a great fit for my kitchen—especially as someone who cooks for one or two. What really stands out is how quickly it heats up. The base distributes heat evenly and gets to the right temperature fast, which makes tossing vegetables or searing meat much more responsive. Combined with the genuinely effective non-stick coating, I can stir-fry with noticeably less oil and without food sticking, which also makes cleanup very straightforward—usually just a gentle wipe is enough. A clever feature I’ve come to rely on is the red spot heat indicator in the center. It turns solid red once the pan is properly preheated, which is really handy since I don’t own a cooking thermometer. It helps me avoid adding ingredients too early or overheating the oil—a small but thoughtful touch that takes some guesswork out of cooking. All in all, this wok offers practical value: it heats fast, handles stir-fries and more with ease, stays non-stick so far, and is sized right for smaller meals. For students, beginners, or small households looking for an affordable and reliable pan, this one is a solid, no-fuss choice.

This is an excellent, lightweight frying pan. I have a lid from a previous 'fail' that fits perfectly so it was a good buy at a good price. It's a decent size too but be warned: it just fits our gas cooker ring and you could not have a similar or large sized pan on a ring next to it as it uses the adjacent space of other rings. It cooks well too. Heat is evenly distributed. Great for cooking fillets of fish and chicken breast with a few tomatoes around. Don't use it on too high a heat. Use silicone spatulas only. Wash straight away. If you look after it it seems to last. Mine looks like new still after many uses. Highly recommended. Finding a frying pan that doesn't cost the earth and doesn't lose its non stick coating after five minutes has become harder. I'm hoping this pan lasts a while... and a lot longer than the months some of the other failed ones have lasted. Don't know about safety of the coatings. Pretty much given up focusing on it really, given almost everything has some kind of miracle coating on it. I suppose the only option is to buy all cast iron but my wife wouldn't be able to manage like i do due to arthritis in her hands. So we are at the mercy of these manufacturers.

Good quality. Washes well. Cooks evenly. Ready indicator is useful.

Perfect three egg omelette pan. Good size, well shaped for lifting the edges and very non-stick, so very easy to use and clean. Stable on the hob, although the base isn’t large. Well balanced. Also special mention for not warping. Properly useful little pan.

Well made item, haven’t used yet but looks well and ideal size for storing in cupboard.

Got this to cook omelette for our grandkids. Its a great product and was a great price too. The girls always want to help with the making of the omelette. They crack the eggs and put the cheese in then want to do the cooking. Don't let them do that but this fryer is great and easy to use. Well worth getting this frying pan.

Useful alternative to a wok, many recipes you cook in a wok involve cooking chopped pieces of chicken, pork etc. The wide flat base allows you to cook this in greater volume as a single layer evenly and consistently. The lid retains the heat and helps to speed up the process. An occasional stir is all that is required to complete the process. The same applies to other stir fried ingredients . There is sufficient volume to combine them with sauce and simmer to complete the meal. This makes it an ideal cooking utensil for many people as it is far easier to store than a wok due to it's reduced height. Furthermore it's wide base and lid make it perfect for cooking pork chops, initially Browning them and then simmering them on the stove top in sauces etc. Even cooking an English breakfast is a doddle. It's base is not flat but slightly domed in my example which could be a problem for some, but it's non stick coating minimises its impact. It's other potential down side is that bit is not compatible with induction hobs or rings, but at the price I paid for mine it was considerably cheaper than a good steel based equivalent. It's size suggests that it's use on a hob rather than a single small ring is both safer and makes heating it evenly possible. It can replace at least two pans which together with its low height makes it potentially a good buy for a smaller kitchen.

What a fabulous pan! I love how non stick technology has moved forward. This pan heats evenly and cleans so easily. I love that you can you metal cooking tools with it. A great buy

After a month use, the pan got scratched. I do use wooden spatulas, so it's quite disappointing.

I always use Tefal frying pans but for some reason this was of poor quality. I have used it 3 times and each time my eggs stuck to the pan. Would not recommend.
