Overall, the device appears to be well made and functioned other than the heat sensitive strip never worked. I had to use a temperature probe to confirm my recently boiled water was cool enough to pass through my sinuses. The first time using the device, the tanks were very tightly attached, and I had to use a lot of muscle to get them to release and come off. After that thet were not so hard to take off or put back on. The direction to turn them isn't super clear but they did come off. I bought this hoping it would help address some allergy issues I suffer occasionally. For me, I didn't notice any change. About a week later or two later I had a harsh case of a sinus congestion. I was hoping it would help give some relief. The pressure was way up behind my left eye and it hurt at night and boy did I have a very stuffed up nose and was constantly blowing a very running nose. When using the device, I learned not to have the fluid push into the congested side. That just resulted in water spraying out as there was no way that water was going in. So, I flipped the fitting for the nostril to send the water in the side that was not as congested and then the saline was able to flow through. It didn't touch the sinus pressure or congestion I was suffering. I did get a brief respite from the running nose and sadly it returned. I am returning the device. It's not a problem with the device other than the heat strip. Other than that, one issue, it worked well. I don't think my issues are addressed by nasal lavage.

This Nasal cleaner works fantastic. For over 30 years I've have blocked Nasal passages. I generally breathe through my mouth. I used the salt packet provided with warm water as instructed. For the first time in years I was able to breathe through both nostrils. Thank you to the inventor of this product. I only wish I could have purchased this 30 years ago.

Sprays too much up the nostrils snd doesn't let it go back down, resulting in some running down the back of the throat

This is a total waste of money I finally got to use it makes a huge mess there is no way to get the tanks apart so impossible to clean and now it's past the time I can return. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
