6-inch moc toe boot feautring white Traction Tred rubber outsole, triple stitched quality and Goodyear welt construction Review: Off the wish list - Received on time and well packaged. This was a present for my husband. He’s very pleased fit was perfect. Another item ticked off the wish list. The boots are top quality, made in the USA, of course. He’s just got to wear them now as leather is stiff. Review: Superb product - I bought these boots because after breaking my ankle my physio suggest boots for additional support above the ankle etc.. The quality of the Iron Ranger is extraordinary. They are so well made that out the box my fingers could feel the solidity and made my feet panic. Putting them on for the first time was rather like wrapping my feet in concrete. I'd guess at two-hours wear around the house each day, they could take between a week to ten days to break-in. They are *that* solid. The leather is thick, heavy and well-oiled. The insole is a thick and hard slab of veg-tanned leather which has no cushioning whatsoever and slowly moulds to your feet with wear and warmth. In time the boot becomes even more comfortable that it is after the uppers break-in. You have to break the boot in twice - inside and outside. Once done, the comfort is amazing. Sizing - Keep it simple. Whatever size you are in trainers/sneakers - go half a size down on that. Colour - One thing to note: the different colours are also different *leathers* - not just different colours of the same thing. The 'black harness' leather is completely different to the 'black prarie' leather on their Blacksmith boot. Also, boot-oil and oil-basd products will change the colour. One assumes that the boots you get have something to do with the colour you like. If you put the wrong product on them they will darken. Redwing's own 'leather cream', however, does NOT darken leather.

Outstanding quality great boots
Great boots. Redwings do come up a little larger in sizing so it’s worth going half or a full size down rim your usual boot size. These are proper tuff leather so a bit of breaking in pain can be expected but worth it in the end as these boots last for years

Possibly fakes?
I bought the Redwing 875 and they were terrible. They basically fell apart after 12 months. They were so bad I believe they could've been fake.

Boots for life. GO ONE SIZE DOWN!
These are amazing boots. Definitely order a size down or you will literally have a cargo ship adorning your feet. Very happy to join the Red Wing family.

Love the look of this solid, tough boot. Have always been a fan of the quality of Red Wing Boots. Now have 3 pairs, and like others, the more you wear, the more comfortable they get. All leather interior, well worth the price.

This should have been sold as Seconds. Right toe is about 2cm smaller than the left.
