On December 26 2024, our kitchen refrigerator totally went off and the amount of food lost was approx. $ 500. As soon as the new refrigerator came in, I browsed through different temperature monitors on Amazon. And after carefully going through the reviews, I decided to purchase this product. It was very easy to set up and was working great.However, after almost 5 months of used, the Hub suddenly stops working (No Power).I contacted product customer service, and they promptly responded to my issues and the communication was very smooth throughout process. Within a week I received a new Hub (replacement) with an extended warranty for 2 years, and my device is finally back to what it was before.Thank you very much MOCREO for being so AMAZING. I will be updating the review.....

We love the monitor and sensors so far. It took a little bit to set up the app and the units, but we are pleased at the performance and outcomes at this early stage!

Would be nice to have a delayed alarm initiation, say for 1-3 minutes, to avoid brief dips or rises in temperature due to door opening, etc. Otherwise a nice little unit.

Works great. Great customer service. You can feel safe with this purchase. It's a good feeling to know you don't have to worry about losing all your freezer food if your freezer quits working. Something simple like a freezer tripping on a GFI can ruin a lot of food. This will notify you so you have time to react before your food thaws out. I would purchase again and I'm going to add sensors this app is very user friendly

Initial review is great. Product was very easy to set up. App is simple to use. Temp sensors appear to be accurate compared to manual temp gauge I already had. I have 2 freezers in my basement and having the digital read out in the kitchen is quick and simple peace of mind. I will be adding a temp/hygrometer sensor to the basement as well.

While the setup was relatively easy the performance of the temperature modules was very poor. I bought this to replace local wired thermometers so I could monitor temperaters remotely and get alerts. I placed the modules in my fridge and freezer (the probes). At first it was taking forever for the probes to drop to the real temps. The fridge probe never really got down to what it actually was. I tried pacing the probes in different spots and even at one point I place the probe in the fridge under an ice cold gallon of milk and it still never got below 40 degrees. To be clear I have a lazer temp reader and know exactly what the temps were. The freezer probe did get down to actual temps but fluctuated wildly. It was moving up and down 20+ degrees and causing the alerts to trigger non-stop. Unfortunately it was a waste of time and I'll be returning these looking for a better solution. Too bad.....

I left town for about a month-and-a-half for business. I have two chest freezers in the basement absolutely full of meat. (And one of those freezers was off Craigslist.) My biggest fear was a power outage or failure while I was away, leaving me with a multiple hundred pound burping vat of rotting meat soup.Of the multiple designs for a wifi thermometer, I liked this one because of the style of the receiver thing; the passthrough plug. That worked best in my basement setup. Two freezers, two probes, this was perfect.It was easy to set up, synced quickly, and did a wonderful job reporting the temps on my freezers, and still does. It alerts quickly when there is a problem. We did have a storm power outage while I was gone and it let me know it had dropped connection. When it came back online a few hours later I could see the temp increase, and that everything was still in a safe range and dropping again, so I didn't need to send anyone over on an emergency meat-saving mission.I like products like this; they do what they're supposed to do, no frills.
