Love this! Never thought I'd be wearing it around the house... but I actually do. I train with it.. help with the stomach but most of all helps with the posture. I got an M, fits perfectly well, the material is thick and stretchy, makes the results more tangible. You can easily adjust it to your waist.

Supports mid area really well, usually wear it to the gym no issues. Very great quality

Okay so I've been searching for a waist trainer for years and have been skeptical about trying them especially the expensive ones because I wasn't able to commit to a healthy life style yet, but now that I have been taking my diet and exercise into account, I felt why not just try it, especially since I've already lost some weight on my diet. This product does tighten up your core, and love handles, but it will push your upper back and arm fat over the top lol so don't think that it's magic, my stomach doesn't hang, I just look like I'm about 5 months pregnant all the time 🤣 for the money I would say that it's worth it, but you will need to diet and exercise to get the shape that you want. Also I ordered a size Large because I am 5'7 & 176 lbs. But they sent me a Medium, honestly I'm glad that they did because I think the large would've been too big to be efficient. I feel like the product also provided back support which is great because I've always struggled with back pain because of my scoliosis. The material is high quality but it does roll down a little on the top🤷🏽‍♀️ I still think it's worth it though. Will update if necessary.

Love the shape this faja gives you. It supports your back a lot and fits great. Velcro is strong and it will last a long time.

Does just what it says, it snatches you in the right places the right way, absolutely no rolling down or up, I purchased a small. I'm 5'2" med thick short torso and about 185 lbs and it fits great I got the extra snatch I wanted. Please go with the size that's most comfortable for you, bit this waist trainer is the greatest I've seen, and yes I wear it under my clothes,not tight clothing but nest to loose fitting it looks great .

Love the quality. But the first band up it's too big and doesn't hold well for me. Just the middle actually does the shaping in place. Am full figured and L actually my size. Will order for M soon as I continue on my weight lost journey
