Purchased the Fire Boltt 4G Pro Volte Calling Smartwatch from Amazon on 29th November 2024 (delivered 30th Nov). In less than 1 month after purchasing the watch, there are issues with it including: 1. Primary and big issue: Touch screen not working correctly. It does not work in some parts of the screen and the touch response is unpredictable. As a result, simple operations are diffficult to do, e.g., not possible to pick up incoming calls by pressing the green call-accept button, and not possible to disconnect calls by pressing the red call-disconnect button. Touch reponse not working in some parts of the screen (except on the sides). 2. SIM stopped getting recognised, even though it worked fine for the first 2 weeks or so. It is now recognised again, but stops working in between - behaviour is erratic. I tried contacting Fire Boltt Customer Care on 3 different numbers (including the one provided on product packaging, plus 2 other numbers found on the internet), as well as emailed to the support email address provided on product packaging. None of these methods worked. I then got an email saying I need to register the concern on their complaint portal, which I did. Overall, this has been a poor experience. 19.Feb.2025 : logged the complaint in the portal 6 weeks ago.. there is no resolution yet and there is no way to follow up.

I am giving 5 star for this comment to come on top and everyone comes to know the reality of this brand. This watch is 4g pro but it's actually FARZI PRO🤮🤮🤧. It's my first product from this company and I am highly disappointed. I bought this watch on 23 Jan 2025 and inserted the sim. First problem I faced was changing the watch face. It still doesn't work. Second: The voice echoes and repeats on the callers phone. It's really annoying but it's okay for a 2k watch. After a week the speakers stopped working and aren't able to hear the incoming sound. We tried to file a replacement for this watch on Amazon but instead it connected us to amazon ai chat and we asked it to redirect to customer support. It didn't work. It's replacement didn't work. Next we tried to contact the number given by the amazon of the firebollt but the number was off and it didn't also work. We also filed a compain on firebollt website but suprisingly this watch is not even listed on it website compain form. No we are left with no options but yo get it repaired by local watch repairers. Don't buy from this brand. They have no support After buying watch

Not any updated futures it's very Bad product I'm very 😢 i Don't like this item THE PRODUCT DOES NOT SUPPORT 4G SIM CARD. THERE IS NO RETURN, ONLY REPLACEMENT . AND THERE IS NO SIGN OF THE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. ONLY PURCHASE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.Battery back up is not good. Weak mobile connectivity. Mobile pairing takes more time. Reviewed in India on 28 July 2024 Firstly, the first time I order the watch, it had very poor battery life. If charged to 100%, the battery used to get drained within 30 minutes without the use of blue tooth & 4G mobile. Returned it immediately. Second time, I got replacement for the first watch. I observed the same problem with the second watch. Poor battery back up, after recharging to 100%, battery used to get drained very fast i.e. within 30 minutes it used to come to 10%. Also, there is issue in pairing with mobile. Which I had high time pair with my mobile. Overall, FireBollt has to test the watches it manufactures thoroughly & then supply it to the market. Or else the brand will come down & people will stop trusting & stop buying the FireBollt products. Everybody don't buy the watch it's a bad product

The watch looks stylish and premium on the wrist. The build quality is good and the strap feels comfortable for daily use. Time accuracy is perfect and the design suits both casual and formal wear. Only reason for 4 stars is that the dial could be slightly brighter. Overall, a very good watch for the price.
