Excellent for focus
I have both a diagnosis of Autism and am borderline ADHD, so find it near impossible to maintian focus without fidgeting.After trying spinners, fidget cubes, squishy toys, and even just carrying a console controller around (my usual outlet that isn't my phone), I can say that this is by far the best of the lot!I bought a Junior Roller as I have petite hands.It's smooth and silent, so doesn't distract anyone else, and the build quality feels exceptional and long lasting, which is good because I haven't put it down for days. It makes it so much easier for me to focus on conversations or to watch a movie, and reduces the amount of anxiety I get when I go outside.Super happy with my purchase; it's more than worth the money.

Fantastic
My son is 9 with sensory processing disorder. He’s super bright but couldn’t settle down to write in class as his anxiety and distraction was too overwhelming. This roller is fantastic, is silent, simple and easy to use and helps my son to focus and manage his anxiety. His teacher is amazed at the difference it makes. I bought the black one so it didn’t look like a toy and so didn’t draw attention. He is so thrilled that he has a strategy now. Can’t recommend enough. The roller is sleek, quiet, a pleasing weight in the palm and a smooth roll. My eldest daughter has started biting her nails in anxiety… hurts what she’s getting for Christmas?!

Honest answer after many months
I just would not spend out on the metal ones they feel too heavy. This product is great for an adult hand. I don’t really find it satisfies or relives my fidgety instinct - and as such it stays in the car. Intend to need to get up and walk about, or go outside and everyone is different. It may work for you!

Waste of money!!
Only had since december. Roller top has split, and the rubber coating is coming off. Had to buy another for my son as he likes it but £32 for something that doesn't last 6 months is appalling
