Impressive Customer Service I wanted to put a separate review for the Customer Service team because they were surprisingly helpful! I don’t think I’m alone when I say it’s hard to find basic human decency these days, and when it comes to customer service it’s not much better. HOWEVER the customer service I received was a pleasant surprise and that’s an understatement! I got a response from their team within hours of reaching out (quick in my opinion) and not only did they send me a brand new replacement walking pad, they told me I didn’t need to send the other one back. This was huge for me because it is super inconvenient to have to send things back and spend more time and effort after something doesn’t work. Then they also gave me a lifetime warranty which I can’t even express in words how much it means to me that they did that. I’ll forever be grateful and will never forget about this experience!! 10/10 recommended!! Walking Pad Review This walking pad is amazing so far!! I am about 5’6” and I was a tad worried that it wouldn’t be long enough to walk on without being extra careful not to slip off the back. But it’s actually great for my size there’s still about 6” of free space from the edge when I’m walking so I don’t even need to pay that much mind. It’s also super convenient to have the extra remote! The instructions are clear and the assembly was pretty much effortless. All I had to do was plug it in!! Super easy. Also, I really LOVE the incline, at first it didn’t work but customer service made the whole thing a breeze which is why I made a whole section of review just to praise them! The incline was one of the main reasons why I decided to buy this machine and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. Oh also wanted to add since I didn’t really see this in other reviews, you can plug it into an extension cord without any issues (maybe contact an electrician if you have issues with that), but for me I use it with an extension cord with no problem. It’s a game changer for those who want to work on their cardio fitness while managing a busy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this walking pad and it is well worth the price!! I’m so glad I stuck with this choice, and forever grateful for the seller’s customer service!

This is such a wonderful product! I used this for couple of weeks and it’s been amazing working out using this walk pad. The length of it is just fine, not long or short. As you can see in the picture, I’m taking a pretty big step while having a big slope, fast speed but it is still enough to keep me balanced. I’m used to wake up and be about to step on the treadmill for an easy walk or slow jug in the morning to keep myself awake and ready for a day of work. It’s a very good tools if you want to lose weight or warm up your body for more exercise. I also move it around because I have to go to different states for my job purposes so this also makes my life easier because it’s movable, compact, and lightweight. It also have a very low volume which definitely better because sometimes I’m in a hotel and I have to exercise but doesn’t want to go downstairs, I can just walk in the room. I highly suggest you guys try it out because you will definitely like it!

I enjoy doing my exercises on this walking pad. I used to wake up early to go for a brisk walk outside, but it’s been cold and rainy lately. The walking/hiking pad allows me still get my exercise, regardless of the weather. This premium quality equipment comes fully assembled. It’s compact but it’s packed with all the important features such as a large, bright and easy to read display, 2 remotes that work flawlessly to control speed and incline, and Bluetooth speakers. I find the maximum speed of 4 mph to be more than enough for me. It’s more than challenging enough because of the incline. The treadmill runs smoothly and quietly, so I can do my workouts without disturbing other people at home. It can easily be stored away by rolling it under a desk or bed after a workout. Overall, this treadmill exceeded my expectations.

The treadmill arrived in good condition but didn't not operate when first plugged in. It appears to be designed for 110V (US standard), which I strongly suspect isn't compatible with the 220–240V mains used in the UAE. The product listing did not specify power requirements at the time of purchase, so I was unaware of this difference. The return process took longer than expected and was inconvenient. Buyers outside the US should check voltage compatibility carefully before ordering.
