I read a lot of reviews from multiple sites while looking for a reliable leather conditioner for black, semi-aniline leather for my Lexus SUV, and I believe that this is the perfect cleaner and conditioner. It cleaned gently (water based), removed no color, and It did not leave a shiny finish (which is good as the leather is matte in appearance), and the results were excellent. I used both the cleaner and the conditioner on my dashboard, car seats, and door panels. Beautiful results. I also used the conditioner on a cognac-colored leather Paris club armchair that I had not conditioned for 6 or 7 years. (The prior conditioner never impressed me). It was rather dry and showing a lot of wear (e.g., crackly with claw marks), and after testing, I was initially a little concerned as the color became rather dark. Some of the other reviews said it turns the leather dark but eventually dried to a lighter color, and since it worked so well on my car, I took a leap of faith and kept applying conditioner. Because the chair was so dry from years of no conditioning, it soaked up a lot of conditioner, and was initially very dark. I kept going and applied the conditioner to all sides. The results were amazing. The color eventually drys (after a couple of hours)did to a lighter color -- albeit darker than it was before the conditioner, but in fact is very close to the original color when new 20 years ago. Once conditioned, I could barely see the claw marks. They are still there, but much less noticeable. I'm not saying it will work for every scratch, but it worked well for the cat scratches on my chair. See before and after photos. I rarely review products, but after searching for hours for a reliable leather conditioner, I thought this product deserved a detailed review that might be helpful to others. Hope it is.

I bought this because my leather power reclining sofa was making an awful rubbing sound when the recliner was operated. My customer info on the sofa said that no cleaning or conditioning other than dusting was needed, but the "squeak" was really annoying. I used the cleaner as directed, but no dirt appeared on the cloth. I then used the conditioner as directed, then buffed. Sound was still there. I gave it another shot not following the directions for the conditioner but applying it liberally in all the creases. Rubbing sound was less. Paying attention to where the sound was, I applied it liberally again. No buffing; just letting it rest for at least 30 minutes in between applications. Problem solved. Even though I did not follow the directions, the product worked. I am happy and would buy the conditioner again. Found I did not need the cleaner.

I love leather furniture and owned a sectional couch for many years, before it needed replacement. I now have two leather recliners. Over the years I've used several brands of Leather Care Products. I think that this product is the best ever! It is very easy to apply and leaves no slippery residue. I am a customer for life on this one! Just a tip for other leather owners... I use Ivory Dish Detergent in cool water, with an old washcloth, to clean my leather before applying leather conditioner, if the leather is not stained. I got this tip from a leather specialist and Ivory works great and costs so much less!

This is a good kit. I liked the way it cleaned my leather furniture. The protectant is also nice, and is easy to apply.

The cleaner completely took all the color off my leather chair arms. This product was recommended and their label was placed underneath my cushion. Chair is only 6 yrs old. Used other products in the past and never had an issue

Had some repair work done to some expensive Ekornes furniture and the craftsman recommended the product for use at least once a year. Simply to use; not messy.

A really fine product, but my leather conditioner leaked in shipment because the cap was not on tight. About half the bottle was soaked into the sponges and packaging. As a result I couldn't get the cleaning fluid to foam properly. The cleaner must be used on absolutely new, clean sponges or it won't foam and won't perform the function of lifting dirt from the leather. The conditioner itself works great. Not greasy, sinks into the leather immediately, doesn't cause discoloration on my leather, no chemical smells. You can sit in your chairs within an hour. I bought more immediately and use it often on all my leather.

Ottimo prodotto. Ho un divano bianco e con tre bambini almeno una volta al mese devo pulirlo. Ogni volta torna come nuovo. La crema poi aiuta a proteggere e mantenere morbida la pelle.
