Eat Real Quinoa Cream and Chive Chips 30 g (Pack of 12)

My sister is a health food nut. She's always rambling on about the benefits of eating one type of food over another, and so when I saw these I thought, "Ha! I'll give these a bash and tell her about them. Bet they'll suck though..." They don't. They really don't! Most of the stuff my sister 'introduces' me to, tastes like something I'd expect to find in the bottom of a budgie cage. These really are gorgeous! They are that good that I've stopped buying most potato-based crisps. (Now, if they produced a Marmite version, my conversion to these would be 100%! ) They still fur your teeth like cheese & onion crisps, but with a more subtle taste. The only way I can describe the flavour is that it is 'creamier' and more refined than potato-based snacks. And yes, I know how dumb that sounds. 🙂 The texture is is that of similarly produced snacks - where a foamed paste is cooked into a crisp-like format - they crunch, but instead of just melting away to nothing in your mouth, the crumbs remain slightly crunchy. I started buying these as an alternative to potato snacks and to 'one-up' my sister. Now I'm a convert. Trouble is, the amount of these I eat a month is way more than that of the potato snacks as they are so damn 'more-ish!' Oh, and the bags are what I would call "a decent size!" Grumble grumble... just need Marmite flavour now... grumble. 😆

At last a gluten free snack that is lovely to eat. I have had 2 packets a day of the same flavour and to me they are a great treat. I may try other flavours but I love these. Bless the people who make them and put them at a price I can afford for many gluten free items are too expensive when you are of limited means.

I adore Eat Real I have tried most of their products as it fits in with my dietary needs. These are great alternative to potato chips, I’m a snacker and this keep me going in between meals. It’s a good way to add variety to your lifestyle especially if your vegan or gluten intolerant. The Quinoa is not my favourite range but it’s good value for money.

The delivery time was as expected with this item with no delays. They arrived securely packed and these tasty snacks didn't disappoint. They have a delicious cheesy taste and they're quite healthy too which is always good. I would definitely buy again.

Nothing to dislike, except my self control deserts me when the delivery arrives and three days later the box is empty.

So disappointed with this product. They taste horrible. Admittedly this might just be my taste buds but... They taste as if they have gone off. Unfortunately they cannot of course be returned. If I had looked at the date on most of the previous reviews I would have seen that they were 2-3 years old so the product might have changed from then. I was hoping they would be really healthy and delicious. Think they can be classed as healthy in as much as I won't be tempted to eat the lot over just a couple of days. I might give them a try as croutons with some really strong tasting soup. As I say, so disappointed.

Good flavour, very crispy, ideal with a sour cream and chive dip, a good portion size too

Not sure about the flavour of these.
