Great product - helps with my sleep so much.

I’ve only been taking this for a few weeks now but I can visibly see and feel the benefits. As a woman in the midst of perimenopause it’s made an improvement to my mood as well as my sleep pattern.

Have been using another make of Magnesium for a while but whenever I forgot to take 1 I really noticed. With this magnesium I am fine if I miss 1. Great product ❤️

A good product, they work, but a bit pricey

Firstly always do your own research and I'm no expert so these are just my opinions. Have been using Magnesium for a while now and do have a favourite brand - however was given the opportunity to try these. The key differences I see with this product compared to my other one are:- 1- Not clear on the split of types of magnesium being used. 2- The use of Brown Rice Flour in this product, is this a bulking agent? 3- After two tablets this is 64% NRV. 4- Higher price than the brand I've been using These are my reasons then for marking the product as 3 stars.

Great for overworked muscles and deeper sleep. As usual, the price reflects the quality.
