I really like this terrarium pot. It looks very clean and modern, and it fits nicely in my room. I absolutely loved this light. It really helped keep my plant alive and grow but it just stopped working. Later about a year i believe. Very unfortunate and disappointing. Update 7/24/23: seller reached out and was very friendly and attentive. They refunded me the price I originally paid and suggested I try to purchase item again. I will do so, and can't wait to give this little light a second go. It's really a great size, attractive, and kept my plant alive and change colors (succulent). Update: ordered second try and received it 1/2/24. Now, this second one produces a high pitched noise. I can hear the humm from the fan and that's ok but the high pitched noise is bothersome. Disappointed since can't use it in communal office due to possible complaints.

Not sure if it's me or the product so, I am giving it 3 stars, but my venus fly trap died and I don't think the fan worked on mine. I should have returned it but didn't realize it wasn't working?

This grow pod turned out to be an excellent setup for my Venus flytrap. I was really surprised by how quickly the plant adjusted and started growing inside this mini terrarium. Even though the system is compact, it’s very functional and provides everything a small carnivorous plant needs. The built-in grow light is brighter than I expected and has two settings, which is very helpful for plants with different light requirements. I usually keep it on the lower setting, and my flytrap has been opening new traps much faster than before. The fan also works great — it circulates air well and prevents the inside from overheating. It’s quiet but strong enough to keep the terrarium fresh. As for the container itself, the quality is very good. The dome fits securely, the plastic is clear and sturdy, and the whole system feels well-designed. The pod is also easy to assemble and comes with simple instructions, which is a big plus. I think this grow pod would make a wonderful gift for anyone who loves plants — especially carnivorous plants — whether they’re beginners or already have experience. My flytrap looks healthy, strong, and clearly enjoys being in this new environment. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this terrarium and definitely recommend it.

So far so good! Got this for my daughters Venus fly trap, and so far it is doing great! There are small holes in the top, and so far even with the light on, no bugs have made it inside… however I feed it freeze dried or occasional a live fly so it doesn’t really matter for me! It’s a super cute little display and the humidity seems just right! So far seems worth it for the price!

These things are junk. I've gone through two of them. The first one made an awful racket every time the fan came on, then the fan eventually died altogether. Against my better judgement, I bought a second one. The second unit worked great for about eight weeks - conveniently outside the return window - and it died completely. Neither the fan nor the light work. I won't make the mistake of buying another one of these pieces of garbage.

Better than I thought it was and the light being very bright and adjustable really helps. Just wish it came with a usb plug adaptor.

I put a Venus flytrap plant in this! It works well and he is doing well. I take the lid off when he needs to be fed. He must be allowed to catch food- when that has happened you can put the lid back on!
