Its delivered on its promise of quality, innovation, and design.No Complaints!Honestly, I couldn't find any flaws. My family was very happy when I got this huge fridge at 35k after applying coupon and card offers. We were very excited when it was delivered. It looked awesome. But the very next day, when the technician from godrej came, we got devastated to know that we received a defective unit. A weird loud noise was coming from the compressor. We complained to Amazon right away, and now the chase began. Amazon asked godrej to send the technician to report the issue, but they never came and submitted a false report that the issue was resolved at the doorstep. We again complained to Amazon, and after waiting for 8 days, Amazon picked the fridge to start the return process since they didn't have another unit to replace this defective one.We are satisfied with Amazon's service and cooperation but are very disappointed with Godrej's response. A very old renowned company like Godrej can't treat their customers in this manner.

I would give minus 5 if I could. But I can't. So leaving 1 star. It's the worst product ever purchased by me. The fridge makes a loud rumbling noise like one truck all the time. Service people are also useless. Till now 3 service people have visited and tried to fix the problem but all of them have failed. Please please go for LG or Samsung. Companies like Godrej are the reason Indian brands cannot be trusted.
