Have to use in tight spots. Infinite angles to get to where I need and very stable. Strong magnet as well.

Good budget wise and seems rigid when locked

I compare items to how they’re made and or how useful they are to me. Do they do the job that I want them to do? And then the price point. It is OK made it should last for a while. It’s not a professional machine for me. it does what I need to do, so four stars. If you are a professional, you may want to invest in a better one.

I use it with my 1" dial indicator. Works great.

Works just as good as an expensive noga mag base. Really nice for the price. Same strength magnet too.

Nice device

Not a very stable unit. Doesn't hold tight on my indicator. Flimsy in the fine adjustment area. You pay for what you get I guess. Should've went with Noga but I was trying to save $30.

Die Ausrichtung der Arme bei eingespannter Messuhr ist für ungeübte Anfangs vlt. etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die Fixiermechanik funktioniert zumindest an meinem Exemplar tadellos. Meine Messuhr (ein Standardmodell mit 8 mm Schaft) hält in der Aufnahmeklemmung ebenfalls perfekt. Die Magnetsockelfixierung nutze ich nicht, aber bei geschickter Ausrichtung der Arme fällt das Ganze am Tisch stehend auch nicht um. Ich konnte damit den Rundlauf neuer Akkuschrauber mittels eingespanntem 6 mm Prüfstift (Messposition 8 cm ab Spannklauen) perfekt prüfen. Sehr hilfreich ist hierzu auch die am Messuhrhalter vorhandene Feinjustierschraube - mittels dieser kann man den Zeiger leicht an eine gewünschte Skalaposition bringen.

without spending a lot of time looking at dial indicator stands, this one seemed like it might be decent quality and still affordable - so I took a chance. In use it does seem to be solid quality - magnet is strong, the magnet switch is very easy to flip, and the position locking screw works well - and finally the arm length/reach is decent. couldn't be happier - solid performance, and very affordable
