Excellent Quality Resistance Bands – Great Value
I purchased the Ogurey Resistance Bands for home workouts, and I’m very impressed with the quality so far. The bands feel strong, durable, and well-made. They stretch smoothly and don’t feel like they’re going to snap, even when using the heavier resistance levels. I like that the set includes multiple resistance options, which makes it easy to adjust intensity depending on the exercise.

Quality product, priced right.
As advertised. The three bands are good for beginners using resistance bands for exercises.

Solid Resistance Bands for Strength and Rehab—But Check the Tension Range
These professional resistance bands are a great addition to any home workout or physical therapy routine. I even carry them to work and get them out when things are quiet—it’s an easy way to stay active throughout the day. The material feels durable, with good elasticity and tension that holds up through repeated use. They’re lightweight, portable, and easy to integrate into strength training, stretching, or rehab exercises. That said, the tension levels aren’t always clearly marked or consistent across all bands, which can make it tricky to track progress or match resistance to specific exercises. If you’re new to resistance training or recovering from injury, it’s worth testing each band carefully before diving in. Overall, they’re a solid, affordable option for building strength and mobility—just be mindful of the resistance levels and how they align with your current fitness or recovery needs.

Easy for anyone to use to firm those challenging areas
These bands work perfectly for the days I'm not using my dumbbells. The package includes three levels of resistance: light, medium, and heavy. There are many videos available on social media that provide step by step guidance on how to effectively use the bands. Highly recommend product! Easy to clean. Easy to store.

Good Quality
This is a nice set of bands. Bands eventually need to be replaced if they are used very much and these are what I chose to replace another set. I am not disappointed. They are long as I wanted for some exercises like standing arm exercises which require standing on the band. The bands come in three different resistance that allow a beginner to move to more difficult resistance. they feel fine in the hands and aren't bulky. I expect them to last a while with good durability based on the quality.

No issues. Convenient for exercise.
Good product. I use it when doing the Leslie Sansone Walk Away Express video that uses a stretchy band.

Feels toxic to touch
I needed this type of resistance band for some physical therapy. These are pretty cheap, and obviously made outside the country. They come in three resistances. The material is thin and when touching it, I get a sense that it is full of residual chemicals and it feels toxic to touch it. The resistance band work perfectly fine, but there is a tacky sensation to it that feels atypical of rubber. At least there is no strong odor. I have resistance bands for exercise that hooks onto a loop and has carabiners to connect a handle. Those are made of rubber but it is not tacky like this. I will use it cautiously but with gloves and socks.

Used for something totally different!! DOG PT
My tiny 5 pound chihuahua recently suffered a back injury jumping off the bed and suffered temporary paralysis in her back end. My vet recommended these to help her with physical therapy along with acupuncture and laser treatments and you basically can take one band, cut it lengthwise and make two out of it, I used the yellow one because my dog is so small and i donated the other 2, to other dogs in similar circumstances. I would put these bands behind her legs in both the front and the back just to give her a more level balanced feeling, so while it's tricky at first, eventually you can get to using only one inside the back legs with lots of practice. Within 2 weeks and 2 acupuncture treatments and 8 laser treatments, she's walking, she's still weak a little on one side and she walks like a drunk sometimes but I'll gladly take it any day to having a paralyzed best friend. The bands are still working perfectly today. I still use them for her physical therapy to help build her back end. She still needs another acupuncture treatment but it's amazing how great that works. These bands have been durable, they are long enough to do what I need them for when walking her around the yard. The resistance level is comfortable for her size. And the bright yellow color is impossible to miss in her medical bag that goes everywhere with us. I have heard that the other dogs I donated to were also impressed with the durability of these for their dogs physical therapy needs. So while this is most certainly not what they were meant to do, if you ever have a type of problem like this, you want some of these bands. They are a great multipurpose tool.
