Excellent value for money
Very good camera with 1080p hd quality output and very good microphone also. Very pleased!

Great video quality, however, it’s not great for curved monitors.
The video quality truly surprised me, it’s really good and is definitely worth the money. I use it mostly for video calls, and it’s easy to focus the camera on someone, as it’s manual and works well. However, the functionality definitely isn’t the best. When looking at the pictures, I thought that it’d be possible to move the bottom bit, but it isn’t. Ideally, I would want to put my webcam on the left side of my monitor, but since I have a curved monitor - it just doesn’t work. So, if you’re looking for a webcam - this one is great, but it’s not perfect.

Poor quality
Bought this in October and it stopped working 5 months later. There's a reason why it's cheap !

Basic features
I got this webcam for mounting on top of one of my monitors at my homeworking station. The webcam is very straightforward to set up - just set it on top of the monitor and adjust the angle. The clip holds it in place just fine and the design allows for granular positioning to allow for accommodating any seating position. A downside is having to manually focus by twisting the bezel around the lens.Picture quality is good when you ensure that the lighting around your working area is sufficient as it doesn't do a particularly good job at compensating for low light levels. The built-in microphone is not great in terms of audio quality however I've also found that true of other low-cost webcams. I tend to use a good headset when on calls anyway as that's the best way to ensure the best possible quality and benefit from noise cancellation features.A big downside for me in relation to this webcam is the absence of a physical privacy guard of some sort. I tend to only truly feel comfortable that I am not transmitting video when I can see that the lens is covered and not having to rely on the software controls being correctly selected. It is a very easy mistake to make!I have tested this webcam on both Webex and Microsoft Teams video calls and both applications worked fine in terms of recognising the camera and broadcasting video.

Good value and works well
For £12.99 this is a bargain, I was honestly expecting it to be terrible but the image is surprisingly clear in a well lit room. The focus is manual, you adjust it by twisting the ring around the lens, it's quick and easy to do, and you can get pretty good focus. The microphone isn't amazing but it works and to be honest webcam mics aren't great at the best of times. You will definitely be better of with a light or s very well lit room with natural light, at night or in a dark room the picture quality drops off a lot but again, most webcam do.It is 1080p, way better than any laptop built in webcam and not a million miles behind well known brand webcam in image quality, if you ignore the no auto focus thing, which I honestly don't mind. You might find it a problem if you're always moving about, like more than 2ft backwards but otherwise it's fine.I really can't complain, it's cheap and works more than well enough.

Cheap webcam
This webcam is nice and cheap, the quality isn't the best obviously as this webcam is very cheap, it has a built-in microphone to which is also not the best but for the price it's okay, the Builder quality is okay and it uses USB to power the webcam and provide the video feed.
