Q: Where do you get cup liners?

The inside of the cup is coated and is very easy to clean. I never use liners. Not sure if that helps.

Q: Is this a non bleeder spray gun ?

You do not need to bleed the gun to establish pressure- however you will want to spray out a little to determine if you have the thinned enough to achieve the droplet size and distribution your project requires. It may take a little experimentation but once you get the hang of it, it does a beautiful professional job. I did 50 cabinet doors. My entire kitchen and no one believes I did it myself.

Q: What diameter is the air hose inlet?

I used a 1 inch rubber hose with a 3/4 inch nipple to connect to my Wagner air station. I use it to spray oil base primer, latex and lacquer finishes for the last year.

Q: Earlex hv 5500 spray gun. check valve replacement? the rubber valve is wore out and the spring as well any replacements available?

I’ve looked for replacements for awhile and been unable to locate any. I have not contacted manufacturer directly as of yet.
