This works great! I watched an installation video on YouTube a few times and then easily installed this myself with no problems. It hooks right up to everything, including the rear camera. The Bluetooth works really well, but sometimes takes a few seconds to connect. It's been about 6 months and it's still working great! It's easy to use and the sound quality is excellent.

I have bought probably 15 different CarPlay for my cars and this is the fourth one I’ve tried in this Audi Q5. This one is not just a little bit better than the others, it is far and above the best unit I’ve ever had and it looks amazing. The sound is perfect, the installation was easy and flawless, and it works without any issues.

The radio looks great and feels premium but didn’t fit my car. Plugs are different. The audio/carplay part worked great but I couldn’t display the original car info.

I bought this for my 2014 Q5 and it was the perfect Screen. Not to big or too small. It you read the instructions and watch a few videos and take your time it installs perfectly. Buy the tools to take out the radios and trims - makes the job go quicker and helps to prevent scratches. The best part is the tech support. With many of the party or after market products I've used there are nuances when performing the system setups. There are so many variables that are available that for certain you will choose the wrong one or won't know the correct selection. That is where the tech support helped me out. I reached out and I received an email/text within the hour with pictures or videos of the information needed. I have to thank Lisa for all the help she gave me. I tinkered with the resolution and found myself with a scrambled screen. I didn't know how to fix it or go back to the original setting. Called the tech support and Lisa provided the quick steps to fix it. I would recommend this product/manufacturer if you want a sweet upgrade for your Audi.

best decision i made on my 2016 audi q5, had a audio tech store nearby install it, they took like 3hours to install tho =/ so it cost me about $500 to install but as time goes on, im so glad i took care of it, im so happy with my car now. it instantly connects to wifi/bluetooth when i turn my car on and at times, if the audio sound isn't present when connected, i just toggle disconnect bluetooth from my iphone and toggle back to connect and it the sound comes right back on. My car looks and feels like a newer model now. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Terrible product extremely hard to install and makes stereo on a 2014 Audi Q5 sound terrible.No, true Bluetooth connection, it's all ox.And the only function it has is Android Auto.Nothing else.This is a gimmick, a scam.Do not waste your money!

Works alright was easy to install and all plug and play which was nice. Can’t use Bluetooth auto connect cause it’s super glitchy and freezes when I do. Still way better than the stock stereo I had

I got this for Christmas. I have a 2016 q5, It took me about 3 hours to install, but that includes watching installation videos and reading instructions carefully. I made a mistake and didn’t connect a tiny cable. I called customer service and they patiently and professionally walked me through the process and we found the mistake quickly and was resolved in no time. The system works amazing, bright screen, and has more sound options than the original MMI so the sound quality is enhanced when playing music. Definitely will recommend! All the steering wheel controls and center dash knobs and buttons work with the new system as well and you can toggle between the new interface and the old one by pressing “back” for 3 seconds. Super easy! All you need is radio keys for the installation, a t20, 3mm socket wrench or drill, small Phillips head screw driver, everything else is provided in the kit.
