OMG, I was eyeing a more expensive brand and saw this and took a chance buying it. I am impressed by its performance. It's lightweight, comfortable and versatile. I obviously use it for breads and also ripe tomatoes, lettuces...anything delicate so you don't squish them. It's sharp, easy to clean, use and has a slim profile. I thought I'd end up getting a dollar store knife but this thing looks more mid-tier. It's stored next to all my Wusthofs.

Great and durable knife. I needed a replacement knife to slice my homemade bread and this one looked like my old one. The size and blade are perfect, and it cuts my bread like a dream, very functional. I like to look of it in photos I take.
