Great Concept, HORRIBLE implementation
At first I was VERY impressed with this device... until I trPRed to actually USE it!'PROS:1. Digital version of the Instruction manual and software guide.2. Separate buttons for EACH function (digital/physical laser, spotlight, magnifier, annotated, etc)CONS:EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE SOFTWARE CONSTANTLY LOSES CONNECTION WITH DEVICE, MAKING IT UNACCEPTABLE FOR PROFESSIONAL USE DURING LECTURES!My lectures must comply with very a very strict schedule set by government regulators. This device seems to RANDOMLY stop working, requiring me to force quit the program, then unplug the dongle, and plug it back in.This would not only look bad during a presentation, IT PUTS ME AT RISK OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE.I really wanted to like this device, but until they improve the reliability of the software, I can NOT recommend it to anyone!

Pleasantly surprised
I travel with multiple pointers, but this has become my favorite since it has USB-C and USB A on the adapter and can be used on projection screens as well as LCD monitors.

Support is excellent, quickly resolved my issue
Initially I had a problem installing on my laptop. I reached out to the support group and they resolved it within 24hrs. Now the pointer is working perfectly and it has some really cool features. I'm looking forward to jazzing up my next presentation with this fun little pointer!
