When I ordered this, I'd never used a neti pot before. I was afraid of several things:1. I'd choke2. I'd make a mess3. The spout wouldn't fit my nose4. The pot would be difficult to use with my arthritic thumbs5. The pot itself would have some kind of problem (I'd read reviews of SEVERAL pots)6. There wouldn't be much salt in the packageThis is what actually happened:1. I didn't choke, I followed their directions and breathed through my mouth.2. I didn't make a mess. I watched their video on the product page on Amazon.3. The spout fit my nose just fine. With this design, it would fit smaller and larger noses.4. My arthritic thumbs have no problem or pain.5. The pot came intact and seems to be excellent quality.6. This salt is going to last me quite a while. Their salt is much finer than mine and dissolves quickly.

This is a great upgrade from the plastic, Neilmed netti pot that I had before. The spout actually fits INTO my nostril, rather than pushing against it with the plastic one. Also, didn’t realize how important the water flow is. It’s a real plus because it adds a “flush factor” to the process. Pretty cool.Also, even though the pot doesn’t have a handle, it’s nevertheless very easy to firmly grip the pot comfortably. I took one star off because I wish it came with a cover for the top so I could shake the solution into the water. Now, I need to use a spoon or a straw to do the mixing.

I have been using a plastic neti pot and love the simpleness of this time proven sinus and allergy relief system.This Baraka Neti Pot is so much easier to use, looks great and can go in the dishwasher.
