![Trigun Stampede - The Complete Season [DVD]](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91HmhV3wTyL.jpg)

Rookie reporter Meryl Stryfe and her jaded partner are after the most wanted man in Noman’s Land, Vash the Stampede. But they’re left with more questions than answers. How can a pacifist rack up such a bounty, and why is he so hard to pin down? Review: Must watch for TRIGUN fans - Great Reimagining of the TRIGUN franchise. Great use of CG too, especially compared to alot of other productions Review: SPECIAL EDITION INCLUDES BOTH DVD AND BLURAY - It doesn’t make it overly clear on the listing but to be clear the limited edition has BOTH blu ray and dvd versions (I was heartbroken when I saw the telltale blu ray box blue because I thought I was buying dvd so don’t worry!!! It’s dvd too!). Blu ray is the Vash and Wolfwood disks, dvd is Nai and Meryl. I can’t speak for the special features as they are only on blu ray. The Bernardelli Times newspaper is a fun idea that’s well made and holds lots of interviews- though be mindful it’s broadsheet dimensions. Also the type can be very very small at places. The art prints are very nice and of good quality. I don’t know enough about patches and coasters to comment much but they seem nice too The box itself was a little damaged when it arrived - the parcel it came in was fine and given how tightly wedged in everything is I suspect damage came at the point of assembly and the result of being shoved in. My Bernardelli Times also wasn’t folded very neatly so I am not sure if there was overall just not quite enough space in the box in general or because my one was just a bit shoddy. Overall very happy with this purchase.

TRIGUN STAMPEDE
An enjoyable series to be sure, but in my opinion, both the original 26 episode anime and the Badlands Rumble movie top it almost every way. The original is better in terms of Story, Character design, animation style, music and Character development. I don't really care for the CGI animation they went with and Vash's look isn't as good as what came before. Also, there are elements of Vash's personality that don't seem to shine through here. I.e., being the lady's man and the goofy attitude. The original series is still available on DVD (and hopefully, one day, on Blu-ray) and I highly recommend checking it out before attempting Stampede

Purchased 11/08/2025. Ordered on the east coast US. This Blu-ray version plays on my Xbox series x. Both discs work fine. The Blu-ray box on the others hand did arrive broken. I’m not a collector so that doesn’t matter as much to me. I’m not sure why this listing was for half the price of the other one. I paid only about 20bucks.

i havent tried the discs themselves yet but i doubt it'll change my review, the shipping times were pretty long, it ended up being about a week longer then it was listed when i ordered it, which wouldnt be enough to lower my review but the Bluray case is cracked at the bottom almost completely, the little cartboard case it comes in was also took some damage but its more minor

So I’m a collector, and I been wanting to get Trigun. I didn’t want to pay $40 for the U.S version so I took a chance here. Because apparently it should work being that it’s also region A. And it did. So here’s my question, why is it cheap? I’m pretty sure a lot of collectors are also hesitant to buy them considering the price is way cheaper than the U.S version (along with the chance of it being region locked). It looks like a normal bluray in quality, so I’ll try to figure that part out. So overall, I say get this version, it’s not region locked, and considering the price, it’s a steal.
