It works well and cleans effectively, though there is a bit of noise during cleaning.Please note: it’s important to use purified water in the water tank to avoid scaling.As the product is gaining popularity, service might take some time, but the support is reliable. My water tank developed scaling, but it was replaced free of charge.Thanks to Gowra Srinivas for providing excellent service and taking responsibility to resolve my issue efficiently.

Device worked well till it stopped due to wheel issue. Took a while to get the supportFinally had a technician visit today and he fixed the issue by replacing the part.The wet mopping with dusting works brilliantly.The technician did an amazing job as well.

Stop working suddenly after 6 months. Not it is not charging now. Complaint at customer care but no one is visiting to solve the issue. Complete waste of money.

Product is good and satisfied. Can Cleans carpet and tiles with no issues. Can easily drive over door mat with no issues if it doesn't have loose ropes etc...Wish battery life little longer and no frequent cleaning of mobbing clothes after every cleaning 😊.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using dreame bot since 2 months. Sweeping function works well (except for corners) you can increase or decrease the suction power as well. However I'm not completely satisfied with mopping. This is my first time purchase of bot cleaner. I wish I had bought rotating mop feature one with auto mop cleaning. This model has only auto dust vacuuming, we have to clean the mop manually. And for a whole house we have to stop the cleaning in between and remove the mop and clean manually, which is again tedious and time consuming. This is not completely hands free, we need to remove tangled hairs everyday and clean the bot and dock station once a week. Mopping is not very good, house looks clean for 3-4 days, later the dust sticking to tiles can be seen as my house has white tiles. So we need to clean the house by ourselves atleast once a week as mopping doesn't clean perfectly like 100% clean or even 90% clean. After reading the reviews here, I believed this will eliminate our dependency on maids as they are very unreliable. But if given a choice, I would either hire a maid or buy a model with auto mop cleaning but not this model, as it requires time to operate this like cleaning the mop, filling water to tank, clearing mats (gets stuck in the bot and stops functioning), make sure tiny sharp particles are not on the floor as it can cut the rubber vacuuming brush.Also filter needs to cleaning once a week, it's not very good at vacuuming hair, it gets tangled in the side and main brush which we again have to clean once a week. If we look at saving money by buying this and not hiring a maid, we need to consider electricity bill as well. If you are someone who cares about time and hygiene more than money, then go for a higher features model.
