I don’t understand why some people say this tastes horrible—it actually tastes like tangerine-flavored syrup to me. I’ve been taking it for four days now, and I haven’t changed my diet. After the first day, I lost 2 pounds, and since then I’ve been losing about 0.4 pounds each day. I’m 45, and I’ve noticed that losing weight has become harder, even though I don’t eat that much. I eat whatever I feel like, but it’s not like I overeat or eat an entire container of food. When I was younger, I could lose weight just by eating a little less, but now it’s more challenging. I saw a video claiming that women over 40 cannot process B complex tablets. It was a commercial for a liquid B complex, not necessarily this brand.
