Terrible.
Badly painted, no box or inner plastic protection, and looked scuffed/worn. Clearly NOT a brand new item, but no where in the description say this is a pre-owned item. Not happy. Returned.

broken and parts missing
it finally arrived. the hair bow is broken off, none of the wings fit in the slots and one wing is broken so can't be attached at all and the ribbon on the arm is completely missing. Not happy at all. Very disappointed.
