Great
My little one is very happy with his advent calendar this year and loves the glow in the dark effect.Note: You have to "charge" the calendar up for it to glow in the dark. I used the torch on my phone and held it over the numbers for a few minutes.

Very disappointed compared to last year
Really disappointed with this. The equivalent Wizarding World calendar from last year was so much better. This seems incredibly poor value, many of the gifts are tiny and poorly made. Perhaps worst of all is that it doesn't glow in the dark so you can barely read the numbers. False advertising by Wizarding World. Won't be trusting them with making our daughter's advent exciting next year. Stay clear and id advise caution buying other Wizarding World products from now on, they appear to have lowered quality but kept the prices the same.

Wizarding world let down
The calender looks great and the characters are cute. Lots of very small insignificant pieces (mugs, book). They don't glow in the dark very easily. They also don't stand up cos you don't get the stands in the calender. Pity cos it's a great idea for any harry potter fan

Hopeless
The figures don’t stand up on their own. And pop don’t sell them separately. The “filler” toys are absurd two days in a row we got single cups/mugs, a hat for Hermione and a pack of Bertie Bott’s Beans. The calendar hasn’t been asked for since.Genuine disappointment from a little Harry Potter fan!!Also it doesn’t glow in the dark and neither do the “glowing” figures. Yes, we tried charging them up for hours! Can’t return now. A complete waste of money!!

Fun
Very fun for the kids! Lost a star because the toys aren't very sturdy, one head fell off just from falling off the table.

Good
Like the idea but some small bits and top heavy figures, no idea what to do with it all now

2.5 stars - very expensive for what it is
So, it looks fabulous - if you "charge" it with a torch/phone it will glow in the dark (as will Moaning Myrtle figure, only one of the ghosts that did in ours). But the figures, whilst incredibly cute, are a bit hard to get out but worst of all it's almost impossible to get them to stand up on their own. We'd bought a HP Funsert so were hoping they could be used as mini play figures, not much good when it takes about twenty minutes to get one to stand though! Also a shame that you couldn't distinguish between Fred and George (they could've had initialled jumpers like Harry and Ron) and there was only a stand for one ghost so only one can stand at a time. If figures were bigger, and stood independently, then it may be worth the money (£29!) but, as it is, it's insanely expensive for what it is.
