The batteries work well, the only thing I can say negatively is that none of them hold a charge for as long as what other folks said in their reviews I read before I purchased my system, My batteries are only lasting but they may not be away from the city either. My batteries only last 6 weeks and then I have to replace them because I am getting a low battery signal. So the charger and the extra set are great to have, I have not used tech support so that is why I have a low rating on the tech support

Der "Arlo VMA4410" ist ein Zusatz-Akku mit 3660mAh Kapazität bei 7,2V für Arlo-Go-Kameras von Netgear. Der Akku kommt gut verpackt in einem knappen Karton fast ohne Plastik.Der Akku kann entweder in einer Ladestation (sinnvoll) oder direkt in der Kamera (nicht wirklich sinnvoll, hätte man da Strom, bräuchte man keinen Akku!) geladen werden.Verglichen mit der Kapazität ist der Preis hier in Ordnung (was bei den Akkus für Arlo/arlo Pro nicht so ist). Sinnvoll ist der Kauf eines externen Ladegeräts.FAZIT: Sehr guter Zusatzakku für "Arlo Go" mit 3660mAh

Il top, a mio modo di vedere, la linea Arlo costa un occhio dalla testa ma la qualità c'è e si vede e si tocca con mano nell'utilizzo quotidiano dei prodotti. La batteria di riserva è un must have.
